1404, Chatterbait Jigs

Hi Guys,

Finally had a chance to get on the water and perfect timing becuse i finally received my order of Chatterbait jigs. I had heard all the hype about these baits and really wanted to give them a try, took over a month to get them.

I fished my home lake (Carrizo in Tijuana), started at around 9 am and all i can say is wow these jigs really are something special, i threw a shad color one and a green pumpkin and they both got equally hammered. It's amazing what you can do with this thing. I caught fishing reeling it slow and steady, sometimes i would stop it right up against a brush and they would nail it as it is fluttering down. One of the most productive retrieves i found was pitching it up against the brush in about 8 ft. of water, once on the bottom i'd pop it, let it fall and then swim it out. they would hit it just as i would start swimming it out of the brush.

Big fish of the day was about 6 lbs. and it came on the shad colored jig.

Overall i am very pleased with the results, i'm glad i ordered a few. Give them a try guys i'm sure you will like them.

Hi Dam,

They look pretty similar, the differences i see are in the blade finish and the way it is attached to the jig. Aside from that they look pretty much the same.

I'd give them a try.

Good Luck!

Go there and order Chatterbaits.

I ordered mine thru his site MONDAY and they got here(USPS Priority Mail) early WEDNESDAY morning  ! Yes, they are the real Chatterbaits. He is out of some weights/colors but I got 6 out of the 7 I ordered. He credited my PayPal acct. immediately(Monday) for the missing one.

He's got some weights and some colors, not all of them but they are the real baits even though it's a Pharmacy.

This 6.5 lber hit the CB on the fall as I was yo-yoing it back to the boat. All six of my CB Bass have been caught that way for me. When the topwater bite is on, try burning across the top. It will dart side-to-side and then leap out of the water. Surely looks like a fleeing baitfish to me.

Yes it is. That's a State-owned and managed public lake. Many big Bass have been caught there over the years. I'm still trying
;) .
