I received a new bait from Mike Shaw today....it's the new Mini-Slammer. Kind of a cross between a Slammer and a Rat. I got the perch color. I'll be trying it out this weekend for some night fishing and will post on the action and results.

Saw those in the hook a few weeks back... great looking bait! Just wish I had a use for them... too many baits, not enough time!

The Mini Slammer looks to be a good bait. I can't find anywhere how long it is. I am interested in the body length trying to imagine how well it will work for river Smallies. How much of a disturbance does it create and does it make the "Slammer" noise?

I've been fishing mine a little here and there. Solid bait with a great swim. Put a few fish on the boat with it but nothing huge yet. I predict it will eventually :-)

The black one or maybe its dark purple? But its only been at night. I have a white one also that I haven't thrown yet
