Nathan,
Very good looking baits. Have you thought of using bunny strips for the tails? The tails that are shown aren't the quality we usually see from you (although for most they'd be good , we expect more from you and you deliver) and I wonder if a hair tail would have a sexier wag.
Lastly, I'm getting into fly tying and was wondering if you have a cheap source for rabbit skins or strips? Preferably skins so I can cut cross gain, with grain, and dubbing as needed.
Tight lines,
Wade

Hi Wade..This is the best place for your hides, best quality around, huge color selection and free shipping!!..The tails thing on my baits has been a struggle.I want a tail that looks like a real tail.If you notice on most manufatures tails, the color doesn't match. On my baits, the color matches yet they are still pliable so they don't inhibit a hook set.The tail on the Shiner definatley need some work, but these are proto's.I agree a fir tail would give alot more action, but trying too match color and shape would be difficult.Several people have brought the fur tail up,I may need too give it some serious consideration...Thank you for your honest feed back..I appreciate it..Nathan
