Having never been a fan of needling fish through the side, I was intrigued by this product. We tried it at McClure last weekend and it worked great. Super easy, go through the mouth, pop the fish and you are done.
This worth checking out, especially for $4. I have no affiliation with these folks, just a good product. Watch this video:

It is a great product. I was like you, I always hated having to fizz through the side. This thing makes it a piece of cake to fizz them.
