1803, Christmas Trees for Lake Structure Programs

Anybody know of a local(San Jose) Christmas Tree recycling program that uses the trees for structure in lakes, reservoirs, etc? I'm sure most of us have a tree we need to get rid of, and our lakes can use all the cover they can get.
