When I was in Hawaii I got a musubi maker. Rectangular plastic gadget without a bottom or top, but has a piece that slides inside the thing to compact. I put in warm rice, a thick piece of spam or something similar, add hot sauce to taste, a couple of slices of cucumbers, pack rice on top and wrap in cellophane plastic or seaweed wrap!!! I make 3/4 of them to last the day. HMMMMMMM!!!
