All types of water craft are allowed on Perris. I would use a Kayak if I had one. Dont get me wrong I like to tube also but this time of year the water is colder and the wind may kick up. A kayyak maybe more versatile. You can cover more grond (water) faster than a tube.
Along the lines of of two stroke. All that is, is miss wording by the goverment. I should read "emmissions approved" There are alot of two strokes on the market that burn cleaner than four strokes. However due to the wording of "two stroke" this puts alot of marine dealers out of business. But dont get me on my high horse!!!!
