Mike,<P>I've been float tubing Los Carneros for over 15 years. I did really well at the beginning of this year especially in June until the water turned into pea soup with an algae bloom. At that point I couldn't buy a strike. I haven't been in about a month. Tell me - is the water still dark? The last time I went I couldn't see my fin more than just a few inches underwater.
