Tracy Oasis is set to have their Team tournament starting Sept 7-8. Basically the format will be similar to their winter league with some minor rule changes (i.e. no guide trips X number of days prior to the tournament or help from others) -- call the marina for the specifics. The tournament dates for this league are:

Sept 7-8
Nov 8-9
Dec 6-7
Jan 10-11
Feb 7-8
Mar 13-14 * TOC?
Apr 17-18 * TOC?

* Tracy Oasis is installing a new launch ramp in Oct and the Nov tournament may be canceled. If so then TOC will 4/17-18.

This is a 5 fish team tournament format, however you also have the option to fish solo if you should choose. To qualify for the TOC you can fish either the Sat Tournaments, the Sun tournaments or a mix of both Sat and Sun. I personally plan on trying to fish each tournament so long as it does not conflict with my existing tournament schedule.

Basically this is an Amateur tournament series and those who won $5,000 in the previous year are not eligable for this tournament. For more info contact Tracy Oasis Marina at (209) 835-3182.

Hey Mr Borrego! Things have been hectic around here with moving(again) and the new baby! I have also changed employers, so the #'s you have for me are no good! I am still looking forward to fishing this series with you this year if you are still up for it. I have been doing some homework in the Delta and have stumbled onto something pretty interesting in the area of the Oasis that I'm sure will continue to produce into the early winter. I'll email you my new contact info in a few. I'm curious to hear what you've been up to, so give me a call when you can.

I saw a post on NCBF that said the date was to be changed from 9/7-8 to 9/13-14. Either way I'd call the marina for more details if you're interested.
