There is also a sign there that reads "don't feed the ducks" and you know what every mommy with their little kiddies is tossing their crispy french bread at the little duckies and no one says a damn thing. But throw a jerkbait in the water and you have committed the ultimate sin. I have lived in the state of new york, and illinois and they welcome fisherman with open arms. Many lakes don't close at all. It's the crackheads and lawyers of the state that have seen the need for more laws, more this more that.
