got some nice bass fishing oso flaco lake . i miss two good one on a senko . and got one on senko when i got a backlash on my reel.then i got one on rattletrap she swallow the trap deep it bleed a little bit but she was ok. got them in the middle of the lake right buy the reeds only 2 or 3 feet of water. i dont know if there spawnig or what that water pretty shallow. im goin too hit tomarrow agian.

Thanks for the report. I was wondering about that pond when I had a float tube and kickboat since I live close by in Santa Maria. What are you fishing out of?

i fish on the brige . i seen a couple of guys one time fishing in float tube but i wouldnt like to stick my feet in the water.

That's great. There isn't much shore access around there if I remember right. Are there many fishermen around? I might have to give it a try some time!

ken there use to be trail around the lake before they build the pier. now its all cover up by trees and brush.when i was younger there use to be trail or called it short cut. it use to be at the end of the pier and i would cut to the left across the trees and bushes and it would be deeper water on the leftside of the lake. i stop going that way becuse of the moutian lion . hey ken how is your boat you build couple years ago do you still have it..yea maybe ill see you out there

I still have the boat and fish out of it all the time, usually at Margarita. Its been over 4 years and it's still going strong!
