fished sailboat cove again near the back by the sandy outcropping for a bunch of bluegill . caught some of the biggest ive ever caught there before. caught 4 really nice ones and about 10 decent ones. the nicer ones were about 1 pound each (sorry no scale since ill have to but a smaller digital one. anyone know of a good one for weighing stuff from 1/2-5 pounds)They were all caught on wax worms and a bobber
another sweet thing was when i was reeling in a smaller bluegill a 5 lb bass followed it all the way to shore and almost grubbed it!!!! i left the bluegill there and was jigging it around but he didnt want it after it got close to shore. but the bass hung around for a minute or two b4 he took off made me wish i didnt leave my bass rods with my girlfriend at our kickin spot !oh well!
anyway ill be back out there at least once this week hopefully and will post a full report

Were you using a slip bobber or a fixed bobber. If it was a fixed bobber how big of a leader

i use the stand up type slip bobbers w/about 3 ft leader but i vary the leader depending on the depth between the surface and the weeds
you want your worm maybe 6 inches above weed line or thats where i seem to have best luck
and another thing the bite shuts off completly after the sun goes down
ill be out there again today it looks like after work around 5:30
ill post report tommorrow if i dont get skunked
