Hey all you interested bass fishermen, don't forget the Bass World West Fall Bass Blast 2002 this weekend. Its you chance to hear from anglers like Aaron Martens, Timmy Horton and John Murray giving advice on techniques to pursue that little green fish. Also its your first chance to see the latest gear that Jeff Taibi, CJ and the guys at BWW have for the upcoming 2003 season. New baits, new info and new look for 2003!:)

As of right now I'm plannin on driving down saturday morning...and either driving back after a few hours or staying with some family down there and driving back to the bay on sunday.... anybody else think I'm crazy for driving 5+ hours for a tackle shop?? I already have a shopping list ready too... tell me what you think.. 807C rogue swimbait rod... calcutta 300/400(maybe a catala instead) a few rago baits, a 9 and 12 inch slammer if they carry them(gotta retire the 17.3 had too many close calls on losing it)and whatever else catches my attention.... ok well I'm rambling.. time to get back to homework...

I'll be driving From Riverside both days. They are stocking Silverwood this week, but the speakers are too good to miss.

I went fot the Cacutta 400S. This (saltwater) version doesn't have a levelwind. Seems to add a little distance to the cast.

5 FWY South to the 22 Fwy East(near Edison Field) will take you to Tustin Ave. Make a right onto Tustin and go down two lights to Santa Clara Ave. We are on the right hand side past Santa Clara, look for the big tent. Call if you get lost 714-667-6006. See you there, Chris.

Also, don't forget that on Saturday at around 1:45 Greg Vella from Japan will be giving a seminar about the Generic swimbait and
different tactics for throwing the Big Baits. He was slotted
in at the last minute so I hope you guys will catch it.
