Nice rain/wind conditions first few hours of the morning. Cruised out to the south shore, worked the Osprey around the points. Drop-shotted and jigged the main lake point(south) with no hits. Decided to go to the east end, but stopped across from ramp 1 to throw a kastmaster. "Fish on-probably a stocker trout I thought", wrong.
3-lb.bucket mouth went airborne then straight down. It was a fun hook-up. That wrapped up the day at skinner.

We hit Skinner on the 17th. Went for some trout in the east-end to get rid of my son's skunk. We caught a few. Checked the cans as we were leaving. There were 5 or 6 good-sized stripers around 4 pounds each.
