Fished the Vine for bass and caught 6 between 2-4lbs on the backside of trout island on spinner bait and dropshotting. Trolled for trout with a jointed rapala and also got 6. Four of them came of the points at Sierra Cove.

Hi David, It was thanks to your tip! (and then I do not know for sure if I was actually on the right spot). It seemed that the bass were biting all around the lake. This is my first season to target bass and I am barely learning how to use a baitcaster, but it was a great day on the water. All fish were c&r to catch again another day. Hope to see you again sometime then maybe you will get in the boat :-)
