Fished Vta Hrbr from 7:15 to 8:45 p.m. where the dredge boat docks. Got 14 barracuda to 20inches. First 3 on the Mega Bait jig. Bite slowed as darkness fell. Tied on the Berkley Frenzy Minnow. 7 casts/7 fish. Guess the rattling helps them find the lure in the dark. Fog got so thick it cut casting distance by 20%.
