10382, Twilight on the Flats

Sorry, for the late report, but I'm just now getting a chance. I fished twilight Monday night out of Pier Point landing on the Southern Cal. Other then the strong current and windy condition it was a good trip. I was lucky enough to limit out although all fish were released except for two that I passed out. It wasn't wide open but we did have a steady pick on the bass as well as a few cuda's that wanted to join in the action. All fish were caught on a 5" #48 Brown Gruion Big Hammer swimbait with a 1 oz. red Fishco lead head top off with a some Pro Cure Calico Cocktail bait sent. The fish seemed to like the Brown bait instead of the traditional greens that night. Well hopefully I'll be able to get on the water again pretty soon.
