If you check out biteson.com there were some incredible scores on the seabass today. 22nd street had 94, pierpoint had 74, davey's locker had limits for several boats. It was off the hook! What we learn here is something it takes a while to pick up on. A few days before and a few days after the full moon the seabass bite can be very good. We are seeing the back side of the moon bite right now. While it was full it was actually pretty slow. Something to keep in mind while booking your trips.

Yep. We've noticed that even in the harbor. Weird fish them seabass. That's what makes em fun though.
