Hey Justin,<BR> From reading your previous messeges, I figure that your speaking about the outlet in Morro Bay. I was visiting Morro this past weekend and had a bunk day out of Avila. However, my friends have been fishing the outlet, in which we call the discharge, a lot lately. In fact my buddy Rob pulled a Striper out on Sunday. Awesome hah. Supposedly they have been killing the Opel Eye. The same buddy, Rob, caught a 4.5 lbs. Opel their about a week ago. For bait, they are using frozen pea's. You will probably see them out there, for they fish it almost every day. Just don't tell them I told you their secrets for the they will probably cancell my Central Coast fishing reports. I lived in Osos for a few years and have fished pretty much the whole SLO county shoreline. If you are interested in any spots just let me know, chances are that I fished them.
