I came to check out the board, expecting to see all kinds of Salmon reports, but nothing. I guess everyone was otherwise occupied. I didn't get to launch because of starter problems. However, I did go down the ramp in Santa Barbara and check some boats. The F&G ranger was there and he said he had seen about 12 fish so far (12:30) I checked with boats comming in for the next hour and almost everyone had fish or had lost fish. To me this looks like a real good opener. Does anyone else have any reports? How about Ventura fleet?

I talked to a guy that fished about 1/2 mile out at Arco Island with a pink lady about 40 ft deep. and krockdile green blue.limited out in little over two hrs. Missed a few. they were close to 20 lbs.

There were quite a few good to fantastic reports for the weekend on the private boaters board over at Allcoast sportfishing...sport-fish-info.com....Larry
