8184, Really short report.

Shelter Island, 11-2-02, 7:30-11pm.
Chilly air, mild water with an electric tide. 3 shorts 2:1 sand to spot. 2 legal spots. All fish caught on my new crawish wormish thing (100 for $6 at BWW sale). They got bit all night, every time I tried something else it was left alone or weakly shortbit. Steve had 2 or 3 fishing grubs. If the redtide ever leaves the sandies should begin their winter bite.....
