Yeah, check out the Dobyns 806 ML SB or the 806 H SB.
They're both 8', exposed, blank under the reel seat, longer handles, and should fit what you're looking for exactly. The Mike Long version has the Hypalon butt section, the 806H has the Cork butt section.
