If I may be so bold...I really haven't done too good on the big trout plugs yet but the stocker trout...OH MY GOODNESS!!! That thing literally looks like a trout cruising the shoreline. I know you have to crank it slow but if you do...Oh man it looks good!
I have to say...I've got nearly all the big plugs I could find with the exception of the Rago stuff and I've yet to really cash in on the "Big Fish Bonanza" that these things are supposed to provide. I realize that it's all about the time you put in so I guess I'll have to keep on chuckin these monsters and some day my chance will come!
Good luck with those stockers...

Do they Work? Not sure.. haven't had a strike on it yet but I haven't thrown it too much. Do they look good...YESSS!! I have a 9" Stocker and its probably the realist looking one, right there with the Castaic Trout. Looks like a trout just cruising. A few things I've heard are the 9" needs to have the hook sharpened, you need a stinger hook because the plastic in the middle seems to inhibit hook sets, and just keep fishing them... I'll post when I actually catch one on it. Erik P.
