The best way to store these swimbaits is to leave them in their respective plastic cases. While in the case, the bait can't move around. I've tried everything and believe me, leaving the baits in their cases is the most practical way. If that doesn't work, I operate a swimbait storing facility in my boat. For a nominal fee, I will house your swimbaits and promise they won't be returned with bite marks all over them.
