One fish on 5 bites. A good fish. My partner Brett missed four fish too. This was yesterday at San Vicente, on the Eagle. I didn't get much love on the Slammer. The conditions for the most part included bright blue skies and calm wind. When the weather did turn favorable,I just stuck with the Eagle. I'm hoping the Slammer will hook more fish!

I'm enjoying the challenges of throwing big baits for big fish!

Two weekends in a row with a good fish to show for it. That's what happens when you commit to the big lures! You'll get the hookups and put them in the boat.

Bassnet,

I didn't have a scale with me. I believe about 6 lbs plus or minus a half of pound. She was fat and thick. The one I got last weekend was long and skinny.
