That's a bummer. Sam R. I. got lucky again, but he won't be so lucky at Spring Lake & Clear Lake when we all hammer him with heavy jungle karma.

Actually, something similar happened to me when I fished Blue Lakes in '99 with Jay as my partner. I got a hole in my basket & ended up with 2 fish instead of 5. They were small fish & we wouldn't have finished in the $, but it was still a downer.

Well, it could have been worse. You could have stuck two treble barbs in one hand like I did at Blue Lakes back in 2000.
