Before you guys launch with a cooler as a livewell you leave them empty? Or do you fill them before you launch? Do you use the bilge pump to add water in when its empty to put a fish in? I looked at bilge pumps and everyone I saw was a 12 volt. At Cabelas they had a small 12 volt battery that came with another battery and a charger for about $40. When you buy a bilge pump does it come with the climps that clip on the battery? Is thier a hose that transports water into the livewell? Do you have to buy the hose separate? Could you please suggest a bilge pump I could get at Cabelas that would work well? When you put it on do you actually put the whole pump in the livewell or just the hose?
