No i do not have electronics. WHen i was out there yesterday there were baitfish ALL OVER the surface. You could not go anywhere and not find them. I could always tell where my baits were because they were jumping all around it.

I was asking which way was better because i didnt venture out to far and where i did go (which wasnt far) was all very very shallow. ANd since i havnt been on the lake before really, i didnt know if all places were that shallow.

Since i dont have the electronics i want to find some good shoreline, and fish in out and off of that.
