As far as going and fishing lakes you've never been to before, how do you think I felt when I showed up before dawn at Clear Lake, Pinto, and the Delta having never seen them before in my life? Darce and Eric especially are good enough sticks that I'm sure they could figure something out during the course of the day. And if you guys are worried about me knowing the lake etc, well don't forget that I have only been out there twice THIS YEAR. Lakes change and although I might know some good areas, that doesn't mean I'm necessarily going to do well on them. If this is the only excuse for people not going, then I'm disappointed to be honest with you guys! Like I said in my other post, if you are willing to drive to Naci to catch 14" spots, Margarita is no more than 30 minutes further, and it's a purely largemouth lake where the fish are mostly 2 to 3lbs.
