Oh yeah, last thing I bought was a castaway STM7 and a Shimano Scorpion 1000 reel for crankin. Last lure was a pack of 4" senkos for skipping into trees, youll see why.......

Haven't recieved it yet. It should be here today though *I hope* so I'll tell ya how I like it when I get it. I won't be getting my scorpion in time for the tourney though, they didn't send it till yesterday (Idiots, I ordered it last wed.) but oh well.

Well, my last **tackle shop** purchase was at the Hook, after the ncbf turkeyshoot on Labor Day. I got one of the new 6" Castaic swim baits (or was it 7"?), plus a Persuader buzzbait (just like one I lost during a BnT tourney -- hadn't been able to find one like it since then, until now). I also picked up some Reaction Lures 'Gator Pups,' which I hadn't seen in any other south bay shops. It's similar to a Brush Hog, but with 'claws' instead of just 'wings' on the sides

My last **TACKLE** purchase, though, was two 9" **MS Slammer** trout plugs. Just got 'em in the mail yesterday! (Can't find these in no shop, at least up in our neck of the woods! Gotta get 'em right from the source, Mr. Mike Shaw himself. Thanks, Rob, for hookin' me up -- I'm after you now, buddy! **16** or nothin', right???). :- )

Anyways, I hope to get off work in time to go toss these down @ Almaden Lake Park for a couple of hours tonight. No time for the kickboat; I'll just be chuckin' 'em from the shore. (This is the closest pond to my home off of Santa Teresa).
