I can't make it to spring lake....I got into a car crash today...am a bit banged up and without a truck. I will still pay the insurance fee that is costs to fish the tournament (11 dollars I think). If someone could let John know that please. Thanks and see you guys later...good luck

I am doing alright.....just a bit soar....probably would have still fished this weekend but I haven't got a new truck yet, I was looking forward to spring lake too....bummer.

I could have picked you up on my way. Sorry, I didn't think fast enought Josh. We missed you.
However, if you guage how much you missed by how well I did, you didn't miss much... on the other hand, some people did quite well.
We had a little rain again like at Berryessa and again the driest place on the lake was in my live-well.
But one of these days I'll catch those 'old' fish I was dreaming about for this weekend, and then the ol' live-well won't be so dry.

Man, what a bummer! Hope you weren't hurt too bad -- sounds like it musta been a nasty crash! So, is your truck totalled?
Hey, don't worry about Spring Lake -- I think enough of the guys came away impressed with the lake, that you'll probably be able to find someone to go with you some other time to check it out. 'Course, we may never fish it again on the club schedule, given the hassle of the permits & insurance, but who knows?
