These two organizations are fighting tooth and nail to protect the fish that we pursue in the Delta. There are some VERY REAL threats facing the ecosystem. This isn't PETA telling you not to hurt the poor fishies. This problem is about billion dollar corporations trying to take the water that supports the ecosystem.
There is more information in these two links than anywhere else about the specific threats facing the Delta.
