Hey guys Naci is just around the corner, a little over a week out. We we start the 2012 year off at our traditional location being Naci for a 2 day event going for some giant 14" spots. It's always fun and always plenty of fish to catch. Who knows maybe some big ones will be caught this year.

For the people that have not yet paid dues please do so. We do not really want to take dues at the event. If dues are not paid you will still have time to pay them prior to the event so points will count. If dues ate not paid by the 2nd event points you may have accumulated will start over until dues are paid. You will also have to pay an extra $10 at each event til dues are paid. So if you plan to fish half the events then it only makes sense to pay them now.

I don't know what the lake level is nor what the weather report is but there will be fish caught. So here's the info fellas.

For those arriving Saturday morning the gates will open at 6:00am and they will be doing mussel inspections. For this reason we will delay the launch. details are below

Sat check-in 6:00am-7:00am

Sat blast off around 7:00, ****or as soon as everyone who has replied to this post is on the water****

Sat weigh-in 3:30pm

Sun just let me know your there around 6:00am.

Sun blast off around 6:30 or safe light.

Sun weigh-in 2:00pm awards to follow.

I can't wait and I hope to see you all out there. Let's go catch some spots.

Does anyone know what time the gates open for inspection, or do we have to get there the day before.

Jeff I will make a call down there to find out. I hadn't done so prior to this post. I'm not sure ill be making it down there on Friday. We will delay launch a but if needed for everyone that replied to this post. I'll get that info up here soon.

Hey y'all , the Naci gates usually open at 6am. Unless you can get some special arrangements. The fishing there as of last weekend is very good! You guys are going to have some cut up thumbs! I would be there if I could, but it's the wife's B-day weekend and she is out of town and I don't have a baby sitter for my daughter.
From the way I have been seeing Naci fish lately I would expect a 3.5-4.5 lbr caught.
