Is there tubin in the back Arroyo lakes at Shadow Cliffs anymore? Also, with waders there is no body contact with the water, so what's up with tubin at Lake Chabot?

Rocky, Yes you can tube shadow Cliffs back ponds and waders are not required. What is required is barbless hooks & catch and release only.
The exact location you can fish is:
Between Bernal Avenue and the Thiessen Street intersection with Vineyard Avenue. Search it up on google maps. Basically the island pond and the arroyo pond.
