Stardust

1/2 day 7.24.17

Hey folks, here's the 1/2 day report for the Stardust. We had very very nice weather all day today and had anglers of all ages out fishing with us. We fished the shallow stuff all day. Most spots would give us a handful of fish right away then slow down. The sardine strips and squid strips on dropper loops worked the best.

We had a blast today, the group we had our was awesome to dish with and it was very cool to see some of the beginners pull up there very first fish. We also had a lot of really good quality fish come over the rails today. In the end we put together a good day and have plenty of fish for everyone to take home.

For our 22 anglers today we caught 114 rockfish, 29 ocean whitefish, 1 sculpin, 1 sheep head and 2 lingcod. The Stardust is running a 1/2 day trip tomorrow and Wednesday both have lots of room. Coral Sea

3/4 day 7.24.17

Hello everybody Capt. Jason here, just heading back across the channel right now. This was a very nice day and some very fun and productive fishing. Today we had 26 people and they cut 260 rockfish 35 ling cod three white fish 2 sheep head.
The weather and conditions were not an issue, glass calm all day. Looks like we will have the same condition tomorrow. The Coral Sea still has room for Wednesday's 3/4 day and lots of room for 1/2 day trips Thursday, Friday & Sunday.
