Try Chris Russel Marine (805) 986-5425 in Port Huneme. They are basically the only ones that will work on Evinrude in this area. Also can call Stanton marine (805) 644-5545 in Ventura. They do some work but Chris Russel had a better reputation so that is why I went with them to have my 84' 150 Evinrude rebuild a few years ago.
Also forgot, Joses Marine in SB does work on Evnirude. (805) 962-2743
