Hello guys,

Wacky rig fishing, I've never done it. I'm going to try it.

How do you guys like Wacky fishing?
What are the ways you rig your wacky rig?
When would you use the technique?
What does your whole setup consist of, rod, reel, line, worm, hook, weight?

I just recently got some Senkos 5", 6" and some o-rings are on the way.

Flick shake worms and the weedless waky jig head, just got some of these too. I saw the video on fishing the flick shake worm and weedless jig head. Do you fish the senkos the same way?

Thanks

:-)

You can use the weighted head or nail weight one end of your worm/stick bait. Its a finesse application that can be used at any time. I have limited success mostly during post spawn into early summer.

Experiment and see what works best for you. Try different combinations of hook size, wieght size and plastic. I use light line like 6-8 pound FC on a casting rod. I mostly use 5" Senko's without the o-ring. I just pin it through the plastic using a drop shot style hook (like an Owner Mosquito) or a weedless hook.
