Well today I am leaving for Little rock, Arkansas for an AAU Basketball national tournament. I'm down there for a week, so unless we make it all the way to the finals; I will have a couple days to kill.
My dad was talking to a customer of his that lives in dallas, texas.....the customer told us that we should take the drive and come meet him once the tournamnet is over...so we can fish.
My dad asked him where we were going to fish....the customes asked if we wanted to go rockfishing, or lm bass fishing........my dad, knowing that may goal in life is to be a Bass pro; told him bass fishing.
So the customer told him that we could go to lake fork. My dad, of coarse:-) , didnt know what lake fork was........so when I got home from my basketball game last night.....he told me that we were going to go fishing while we are at my tournament. He said, "think of a bass fishing lake in Texas"......about 1 second later i answered "lake fork". He told me that is where we are going....so I'm siked!!!!!
I might finally have chance to get a 10+ bass.
I'll come back lord willin' with a full, of bass, report

nothingx( i guess that why they call it fishingand not catching
the guide was hitting the good castng spots from the front of the boat and gave us terrible angles to hit the "good spots" he pointed out
i guess he felt nervouse after he lost a big one early, never saw him
i lost a very big bass.....definantly the biggest i've hooked...but i couldnt get him out of the brushpile because the guide told me to loosen my drag.

I fished Lake Fork a few years back. With a guide his name is Dennis Canada, he put us on some fish. We used white jigs with a glow craw, also used a carolina rig with a green pumpkin french fry. Give those a try....Heres a pic of one on the white jig caught by my wife....BassMan
