a citation is an award for a fish of a certain size. If i were to turn in all of my citation fish i would get little plaques saying that I just caught a "big" fish for maryland waters.
in MD 5 pound bass are pretty rare, so they are considered award fish
a bass over 3 pounds is a citation
this year i have a handful of awards and citations, so its been a good year soo far.
Good quote, I go to church in the morning, then i go fishing afterwards:D I'm pretty good at blocking out all of my fishing thoughts during service because my church has a pretty funny/ captivating speaker
