For late fall and winter time fishing, I use two 2/0 gamakatsu round bend trebles (bronze).

For night time and late spring / summer time fishing, I'll go with a 2/0 owner stinger in front and a 1/0 owner stinger in back.

The reason for the different hooks in different situations is that you risk getting your hooks bent out with the gamakatsu's at night and in the summer time when bass are more likely to jump and thrash like crazy. When water temps are colder, bass are less likely to jump and bend your hooks out.

If the gammies didn't bend out, I'd use them all the time because you get better action on your bait with gammies, but sometimes you just have to switch to owners.
