i'm getting the stocker baby bass and need a crimping tool/and sleeves, and some wire,

where could i get these things and what sizes/ #'s should i know

also, what size split rigs do you guys usually use when changing the stock rings/ hooks

finally i was looking for hooks and they never seem to say 1/0 2/0 3/0 ect
they just have a # like 2 6 or 8 what are these sizes?
