This is good news. The license thing has always been a pet peeve of mine. I even had a ranger at my local lake (Calero) give me the 3rd degree because I didn't have it in plain sight on a windy nasty day. It was in my pocket on a lanyard but kept whipping around and bugging the hell out of me. She went as far as to write a whole bunch of warning BS on the back of my license basically saying if I am ever stopped by anyone again and my license isn't visible. Write me a ticket. I for one am glad they made this change
