looks like a bite off of the Fish Arrow spooky jack:

I don't know if the river2sea bait has the exact same action, but this Fish Arrow bait sinks at about the same rate as a ROF5 huddleston- It has tight "s" action on the retrieve and wakes when you burn it in, and it definitely gets bit....

I've always been a fan of the monster jack, I really like this bait and it seems to be an equal representitive to the one you're asking about. Let us know if you pick one up, I thought about getting one at Fred Hall but decided not to because I already have a spooky jack.
