What, did you think my fish catching was about skill??! ;)

I haven't used PowerPro yet but for my spiderwire I always go with the doubled over Uni knot Andy is talking about. I found it is the closest know to get to 100% breaking strength with braided superlines. The Palomar is an excellent knot also but still not quite as strong as the double uni. Not that its going to matter most of the time since even if the palomar retained 50% of its strength that still means 65lb PowerPro will still need 32lbs of force to break...try doing that with your hands!
