made a little trip south for some fishin. I hit Don Pedro on sat., the bite wasn't bad, but spent all day trying to get a big one. I had one about 10 following my Hudd. and that is it. I spent an hour throwing a jig so I wouldn't get skunked and got a limit for maybe 11 pounds. Sunday we fished New Melones and hammered the fish. Caught at least 30 fish each mostly in the 2-3 pound class including a 4 pound rainbow. I got a lm around 5, and a spot close to 4. My budy caught a red eye over 3(is that a record?) and a pair of nice spots. Sounds like I'm comming down for a double header on the Delta in a few weeks. Should be fun, I love the Delta.
