I know they have been around a while but what do you all feel is the plusses or disadvantages of these new snapback style baits? So far in my expierence i havent had much good to say about these style baits.five minutes of these baits sitting with any other worms will make a nice sized ball of sticky rubber, most of the colors i have found in these baits are pretty plain.you cant fly-line these baits (fish them w/no weight) they tend to float.the one plus they have going for them is that the ones i bought float and make good carolina rigs for deep water.I dont hear many people talk about them anymore ,so i thought i'd throw it out there and see what you feel.

I got some of the Strike King 3X lizards. I almost always use a Gambler Rattlin' screw-in weight when T-rigging and believe me, you can't screw the weight into the 'nose' of those lizards. I'll just stick with GY's soft-plastics and some Sweet Beavers.

Missed WAY too many fish on those damn things. It's like hooking them with a rubber band. Plastics are fairly cheap stick with what's been working for 50 years

First of all don't believe everything that you see on Bassmaster. Do you really think that all they use is what they're sponsored by? Bass don't always eat what your sponsor has made. Go to a Bassmaster Classic and speak with the pro's and you'll find out the truth...
