The guys at Black Dog would never let a poorly painted bait out of the doors.

I know Jeremy too well, and having three of these things in my posession, the paint jobs are pure JA Spec work, and purely amazing.

Those jointed trout are prety big. I would guess 9in. They look good in person to. Havent seen one swim but it would have to be similar to the many free swimming lipless jointed baits.

Matt's guess is correct. I picked up a Tail Wagger at the Bass-A-Thon and the overall length is about 9 inches and the body length (less the Lexan tail) is about 7-3/4 inches.

The tail wagger looks like a combo of a Triple Trout with a 3:16 style lexan tail. Could be a good alternative to the often hard to find triple trout. Let us know what's up when you get a chance and get some throws in with it Rob.

Can you guys enlighten me as to why a lunker punker is so popular. It looks like a nice bait but it appears to be a $50 walk-the-dog bait to me. Amy I missing something?

Thanks,
Encry

The Punker is more or less a walking bait but just like a Spook is not a Vixen which is not a Sammy, the Punker has its on action. The Punker has a very nice "swooshing" walk/glide to it, and it flat out gets bit.

Got my Tail Wagger today. It is a tad over 9 inches long, and looks like all the hardware is quality. I will post a review once I have thrown it.

Lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what have-yous

It has the "IT" factor. Some baits look great and have a ton of action but dont get many bites. Other baits look plain and ugly but get bit all day long. I call it the "IT" factor. some baits have IT and some dont.
The punker is special because it has "IT". It doesnt matter if there are similar baits. The punker has already proven itself.
Have you seen a stocker trout? not so pretty and I dont think it looks natural when it swims but my opinion is irelevant. It has IT
