I just got a floater and took it to a little pond. It looks amazing and the action is killer, but it sank. Very slowly so I don't think I got a mislabeled bait. It wasn't anywhere near 1' per sec. I got home and threw in about 10" of bathtub water and it suspended perfectly square on the front treble, holy bed bait batman.

Do you think I have the sinking version or is this how the floaters are?

Jon

hmm, I am not sure. You must have goten the ultra rare suspending version :-) Seriously All the baits are put in water a bunch at a time to make sure the floaters float and the sinkers sink. Maybe it sank so slowly I mistook it for a floater. If you would like I will exchange it for either one.

Thanks for the response and offer, but I think Im gonna keep it.}( Ive dunked it a bunch of times in the tub now and it really feels like it wants to float, but then just sits there on that treble. When I was at the pond it didnt take much to get it waking, and then when I stopped it, it just kept going in the breeze, nice and easy and natural as can be, right under the surface. Sounds like Ive got a gem. Thanks again.
