#11600, "Lures vs. fish"

The last few days I've been studying up on fish. This all got my brain to thinking about lures that look like fish and how they compare to ... actual fish.

Actual fish do some interesting things that lures don't do, for example:

Many actual fish change color to match their surroundings

Actual fish that are swimming fast stop by sticking out their fins

Actual fish have eyes that pivot to look in different directions

Actual fish swim by contracting the muscles in their body

Actual fish have mucus on their skin

I wonder if some day lures will have features like this? I hope so.
