On Manabu Kruita's facebook there are some pics. One of them says "keep chasing". I like that.

He seems like he is sick just like us. I keep chasing to. I always said that the record is not worth anything on its own. Who ever catches it must earn the money afterwards. Soo many people just assumed its instant wealth. This just proves my argument. He needs to get a good agent who can make him some money out of this.

Oh yeah I have to throw this out at you Rob. I told you big bass eat bluegill and not just trout :7

I've never met Manabu, but the exchanges I have had with him are very genuine and refreshingly void of ego. Thankfully he is not someone who is consumed by all the marketing possibilities since his catch(we got enough Roland,Hank, and Bill here), but more about paying respect to the people that helped get him to where he is. Not sure it could have happened to a more humble man. He has my respect.
